November 23, 2011 In this there are lovers before that turn their relationship into friendships. This episode was so amazing and it makes me understood that even though you've pass many years there is an ending. There is no permanent in our life . We make our own decisions. if you love someone don't hurt him/her . If you are for each other the day to be generated again romance with each other.

In the reality show Kris TV the show is about before they were in a relationship but now they are only friends. It was Jopay Paguia and Joshua Zamora who are been together but the day comes that they give up they're relationship. in this they discuss how they feel to stand alone. they don't have regrets and they love each other but for the sake of one they need to give up . There's no 3rd party at all. They decided to let go and moved on. they end up at friends.

In this movie I can tell that Friends can be lovers and lovers cannot be friends. for all the pain they felt they need to move on and forget the past. we should pass all the challenges that we have. There is the reality If not for each other right person will come.

Time will come that your destiny is on your side waiting for your answer :)

“It is the end of the world”

We all know that Philippine television show has a moral lesson to everyone. The m ore lessons learned, the more importance we should have in our mind. We need a extra learning to perform it in our daily lives. Try to persuade others into a thing that has a most part in our daily routines. Being a good Filipino is not the end of the time, it is a beginning.

In a television show that I’ve seen, many things were changed. Years ago, the things we taking care of are, a treasure to us. Like in our nature, we supposed to be having a focus how to maintain the beautifulness of our surroundings. Many different kinds of water in the land that we can get to support our needs. Many trees are grown up in the mountain to give us fresh air. All of the things that we need are there, no matter what happens. We don’t have a problem to the problem that we had, because there’s a solution anytime.

Now a day we all know that human needs are going lessen. Illegal logging in the forest, it is not good. Garbage in the river, it is the start of the flood and it destroy our health.

The positive difference that I notice was simple. They do more interesting about their topic. They use some techniques to provide best show to publics, to maintain their name in the network. Lots of learning had their show to give in their viewers, so that the viewers have a chance to comment about their show. They give some tips about how the topic would you pass it. I think that television now has a good element. They prove that we had a difference now days than before.

“Most LOVED Talk Show”
Kris TV is a daily morning program of ABS-CBN that features topics with a Pinoy trends. They usually tackles topics about Practical home solutions, celebrity interviews, latest music, family and relationship stories with a twist of Kris Aquino’s way.

It is a show that really gets in the heart of every Filipinos because it is a basic talk show that most of us had already known.
As I watched this show I observed that the host Kris Aquino shares her knowledge about beauty and fashion tips, in cooking, negosyo tips, love advice, family and parenting and etc.

I noticed that each day the program focuses on one topic, they give their audience a different experience everyday and I love to watch this show for that reason.
Aside from that I also observed that the show’s production team organizes the show in very systematic way. The time limit given to their program is being meet and the cameras were in a good angle. That was the things that I observed.

“Entertaining with a BITE”

One of the local shows ere in the Philippines that I was fond of is “Story Line”. It is a current affair show that has to do with telling a story of one’s life by those who live through it. It is being aired every Wednesday and hosted by one of the ABS- CBN top news anchor Ms. Karen Davila.
Story line brings cinema and narrative to our television. It offers usual fare and giving commentary analysis. It also provides viewers with an additional perspective by just watching it. As I’ve watched the show I noticed that their focus is on the story telling, they use writing and imagery to emphasize the narrative. I think story line is a mixture of an indie film and narration because as I observed this program shows the life story of an individual that was being featured in their show. It covers their life from the beginning till they’ve gotten into their success. They choose the real people behind the story to act upon. They have a good pacing, they keep their show lively. The video roll in is organized. They were able to follow their time line.
This show was just not only a show that entertains their viewers but also it touches the hearts of every audience, they give inspirations by featuring the stories of the people’s lives. It is one of the shows that you as a Filipino can be proud of its just not entertains you but also this show has the values of being a Filipino. It braced the confidence of those people who’ve watched this show.

CATCHES FILIPINO HEART

Today there are so many different shows that we encounter in our lives .We have news drama, comedy, actions and many more. What are the reasons why people would start to have the show ? of course they will have a different techniques collaboration of ideas. But I have only one TV show that catches my attention.
I would always love to watch ‘’Meaningful Stories’’ for me meaningful content, inspiration and quality. It's designed for people that are interested in psychology, wisdom and spirituality. For example ‘’FAILON NGAYON’’ that give lessons to people who watch the show,Solution to give moral supports to the people who will encounter the same experience and this is also have not been written to lecture, but to wake people up. Between the lines, in their spirit and atmosphere is a hidden insight, an insight which cannot really be communicated through language. While listening and reading, sometimes, almost unexpectedly, you come across a “lesson without words” and for a moment are roused from sleep. That’s the good and catchy to the audience.
For me watching meaningful stories is a good source and moral values that catches Filipino heart.

‘’HORSEY SHOW’’

The Horsey Show or the ‘’GANDANG GABI VICE’’ show have the elements of introduction, opening number of the hosts, introducing his special guests, talking to the guests, games for the audience together with the guests and last the question and answer portion of the televiewer with vice ganda, and importantly He don’t forget to say thank you to his sponsors.
This show is different to the other shows because it is entertaining, had a funny hosts that was (Vice Ganda) and all of the viewers love him because he makes his televiewers happy.
I think this shows motto is ‘’Laughter is the best medicine’’, because this show helps the televiewer to feel comfortable and happy. Being happy for 30 minutes of a show made them forgot their problems or obstacles in life. This show helps a lot to the televiewers.

"GAME SHOW IN HISTORY"

Eat Bulaga is a noon-time variety show in the Philippines produced by Television and Production Exponent Inc. (TAPE) and aired by GMA network. The show is also broadcast worldwide through GMA Pinoy TV. Eat Bulaga also holds the record of being the longest-running program on air in the history of local television.

I choose Eat Bulaga because it’s my most favourite show in GMA, they do everything to make people happy and to enjoy the show. They do also helping the other people to their financial problem or etc. When the show getting started in 12:00 pm they face the people with there full energy and with there not corny jokes.

Eat Bulaga has a best game show that I ever had in local television, they are only have a strange game that do not think a different channel so they imitate others. I also love there slogan ( while there are still children, there will be Eat Bulaga) because for me it means they will wholeheartedly serve the Filipino's and help all the times whether the rain or typhoon arrives in Philippines they will still giving prizes.

The Mind Opener!?

The first time I’ve watch “Word of the Lourd” was this last summer of this year at TV5 and also aired on Aksyon TV, but now I’m watching it on the Internet for the latest episodes. The title is very cathcy to me because the show is named to his name! The host name’s Lourd Ernest De Veyra. He is a reporter, writer, singer? Of the band named Radio Active Sago Project (he is not actually singing) lol. Let’s skip his Biography! On to the main topic! This the only show where he makes fun of Politicians, Celebrities, Calamities, Traditions, Latest Trends, etc. along side with “Jun Sabayton” sometimes they use a colorful language but of course it’s censored.
Purpose? I’ll include my self on this... First! It opened up my mind on what’s happening or going on to our country. Second! My eyes has been opened to the wrong ideas of some traditions or whatever that is. And Finally! It makes me laugh on their bright ideas but effective to the people. This show and the host is too influencial! I’ve learned a lot! I almost Idolized him and I even bought his book! The show is only 5 minutes Maximum and 3 or 2 minutes Minimum per Episode. The most useful episode to me is the “Snappy Answer to Stupid Question” Example; you are a Pork Meat vendor and some stupid customer gonna ask you this “Baboy po ba yan?” if I’m the vendor I’m gonna be Pissed! “AY HINDI! ISDA YAN!” of course it’s pork! Which is really stupid but Filipino’s usually ask that Question.
As a reminder to those who wants to watch or watching this show. It is only his opinion and perspective of what he sees in our country (I guess that’s the life of “AKTIBISTA”) Love the show or not it’s still up to the people anyway. If you hate their show, this maybe the catch pharse they will use against you... “Punyeta! Pano tayo mananalo sa Cannes nyan!?”

Opinion is Opinion! Nothings wrong, nothings Right, it’s a good thing explore and to open your mind on what’s happening, latest, new, or whatever, just open your mind for some good and useful ideas. :)

“Be happy, Be Budoy”
Nowadays, Soap operas or teleseryes are very popular here in the Philippines. And one of the best teleserye I’ve watched is BUDOY premiered on ABS-CBN. The drama series is about a mentally challenged boy, he is a blessing of his parents, but later on turns into the family in shame when they discover that Budoy is suffering from Angel man syndrome.
The episode that made me cried and show positive difference is when Ms. Luisa offer a scholarship program to budoy and to all mentally challenged like him. But all of a sudden, budoy’s schooling takes a downturn because the source of foundation, grace and Barbara disagree with the program. This episode is so heartwarming because budoy is so excited to go to school but he cried when he hear bad news.
Its given inspiration to those children who lose hoped to study and to encourage truant /lazy students to study hard. And me as a student, it motivates me to finish my study because I am really fortunate because I have the opportunity to study and I didn’t suffer like budoy.
I also like every episode that shows the love and respect of budoy to his mother, he did all he can just to protect his mother and we must apply it to ourselves. I also admire budoy every time he made his friends and family happy. He always says that “Be happy, be Budoy”. He never thinks that he is mentally challenged; he acts like a normal person. Despite of unkindness he faced and the disability he had, he can still manage to smile and show the world love. That his friends, family and all the people who are watching.
Budoy is very remarkable teleserye, it teaches a life lesson that we can apply in a real life. And every time a have a problem, I always keep in my mind that “be happy, be Budoy,” it tells us theirs a rainbow after the rain.

“LET’S GO!!!”

AHA! Is a TV show of GMA network hosted by Drew Arellano every Sunday morning. They go to other country and explore its beautiful vacation spots, traditions and food as well were it can only be seen.

They have the part of AHA did you know? Were the viewers especially the children who are watching would learn something. The entire show was very interesting because you’re not only enjoying the show but you would also learn from it. They interviewed lots of professionals and well informed people from that country to give some facts or information.

I think the positive difference of the show is to give exact information to the viewers especially to those who want to have their vacation out of the country. Remember, it is better to be well informed of where you were going before having a vacation.

“ May bukas Pa”

Ome of hteaccepted function is source of knowledge which is like of elder because it can view to all specially kids. The purpose of all fucntion is to wide and maximize the number of viewers that’s why they making production with this kind of function. "A Monster Friend"

we are humans living in one world but then there are some people who can't accept that we are all different from one another. the show that catches my attention and i think has a positive difference is the November 26 MMK episode which is entitled "manok". i really like the story of friendship between Ana and Puying. it tells me that true friendship do not measured by the physical appearance but by the beauty within the heart.

the story revolves around Puying and Ana. Puying in their baryo where said to be "aswang". people hated her as well as fears her because of her looks and attitude and Ana is a separated woman who has three children who happened to see Puying beyond her physical appearance. she is the only one who stand in the middle of the crowd and believes that Puying is not a monster and there is no such thing as "aswang". though it happens that once, just like the others she feared Puying she still protect her in their neighborhood.

i really like the story it tells us that there are really some people who looks different from us but still they are person and we should respect that. we shouldn't judge them by their looks instead we should help them. a true friendship never leaves you when others pushes you away. that friendship starts not because they're both the same but because Ana choose to accept the imperfection of her friend.

true friendship start from the heart...

SEED OF LIFE
( by:ALJEDH CABAL ROQUE)

In the story, it tells about being generous of a person. A girl gave 5-peso coin into the old beggar because she felt pity. In return, the beggar gave a piece of seed and adviced her to plant it. A girl ( Yang- Yang) received it with heart and gave a smile to the old man. Along the way back home, Yang-Yang saw her brother walking sadly because his friends insulted him. They talked in the middle of the forest about their situation in life. In a while, Yang - yang's brother noticed a shinning object inside her pocket. She explained it and they decided to plant it into the front of their house. They found out that it is a miracle seed because it grew fast. They tried to wish a toy and breads and the tree gave it in a seconds because they have golden hearts.

With this story, one thing have catches my attention. If you do good things in your neighbor, good things will be paying back unto you. A helping hand is one of the Filipino good traits. I'm strongly believing that every human being has good traits with themselves. God is good that's why we were pop -out in this world. I know a seed represents as a hope for us for a new beginning. We must keep it in order to grow and produce another seed or offspring.

Life is magical and mysterious. It's like a cartoon show that is full of magic. It gives us strength to survive and be a good son/daughter of our beloved God. lesson learned signifies as a teacher for us to learn things and to protect ourselves against unethical activities. A teacher who leads us to know the essence and importance of life given by the Almighty God. I know that the positive difference of the story will be a good practice and good start for every young mind to stand straight and take a good way of life.

"Liham ng Kahapon"
(MMK)

This program on tv is a very interesting to watch. Because every Saturday episode is a different story of real life of people.trough a letter they send to the show celebrities are going to act there stories. Through this show people will know that there are stories like this for real. It is a real life story of a person that they want to share to the viewers. So that they can learn from it.

this program has a lot of moral values that you can learn. It not just a show that can entertain you. But also a way of learning about the reality of life. It bring different kind of stories. That is why every episode are interesting. Like the last episode in titled "Manok". A story about a girl that being accused as the "aswang",but there is someone that still thrust and protect her. At the end of the story they find out that it just a condition that called vampirism, that's why she like to drink blood of animals. The message of the story is that don't accused someone unless you have a proof.

This program has full of knowledge of real life that you can get. Some of this stories are to old to tell. But because of this program we have a chance to be part of it by watching it in TV. This program is a way of telling the stories of yesterday.

“It’s better to laugh than to cry”

Laughing is the best to put away illness, that’s why all of us say that “laughter is the best medicine”. Being a happy person is one of most make face, does all of us know how to do it. Laughing trip has an ingredient into our health. It gives energy to boost our confidence to laugh in other. We produce our own laugh by the other who gives a words that other might laugh to them. So we could laugh whether we want.

In the local show on television that I’ve seen “ Bubble Gang “ is the one gives a laughing trip every night in their viewers. They give their audience a very nice program. I think they did lots of decorations to be more artists in the television. They provide more happenings in the set. The color of their sets has a beautiful and natural being that would be like by the viewers.

Sometimes, the production has their own mindset that this is the right one to choose for them to set up to their program. I noticed that the program that I’ve seen has a purpose to be the real show. Like in the sounds, actually they made realistic. They attract the viewers by the segments that they did in the show. The flow of their programs has a difference a lot. Maybe they did it well to know that they have a different knowledge to create different from others.

Now, local show on television has a difference than before. We will prove it by watching history of what television is.

As you read this, your perspective of the world changes, right NOW! :)

There's this TV show that somehow explains why such things in this world exist.
And it's "Matanglawin". :)
Well I guess this show is a good click to the audience's attention. This show provides total and brief information usually about wildlife and nature itself.

As for me, this TV show is a total influence because of the fact that it's informative. Philippine television is bounded by game shows, talk shows ang stuffs that usually for the purpose of entertainment. And eventually, it's a good thing that the idea of having a show worth watching is produced. :)

Matanglawin is a kind of show that fits with everybody. Ika nga 'General Patronage" and that would be the rating of MTRCB to the said show. :)This show is different from the others in a way that it's something informative yet entertaining at the same time. :)

Shows like this should not be diminished in the Philippine television. The creativity of having this kind of show is a great help to everyone, especially the youth who'll be the one to take over in the future. This would be the best time to continue the legacy of our artists who gave importance to nature in any aspects. Beacuse above all, it's all about EDUCATION. :)

The Adventurous World

Mr. Kim Atienza or much well known as “Kua Kim “, the host of Matanglawin the show every Sunday. Kuya Kim will go around the country in search of new and interesting information, unveil nature is mysteries at the same time showcase our vast cultural and natural resources. It’s so excited because of his explorations, discover new thing and to experience wild adventures.

I really love watching the show of kuya Kim every Sunday because it faces breathtaking challenges like attempting to jump off a mountain slope, searching for a poisonous snail under deep waters and talking on a venomous cobra. Last November 20, 2011, the program was all about the penguins. They show different kinds of penguins, how the penguins survive in their cold habitat. I learned a lot on their show, because they not entertain us but the show educate us. The show focus on different animals and its slightly the same in National Geographic.

I also love their show because kuya Kim has their guest every Sunday. They act like an animal. One thing that I like most in the show was, every time I watch the show I enjoyed so much because my knowledge is not limited in terms of animals.

HATING KAPATID - GMA short film Commercial... Directed by: Louie Ignacio.

Last Night i saw a GMA short film commercial that turn me in emotional feelings. It's all about LOVE, because the main idea they wanted to give to their audience is give love this coming christmas holiday. But the commercial for me is not only for a christmas instead give love every second, minute, day, month, year and forever.

The commercial also shows the important of education in our life. I like this commercial because it informs the audience, that money or poverty is not the main reason for us to stop studying. It shows there that if you really wanted something and you are willing to learn there's no reason to give up.

When i watched the commercial i feel so Lucky. Lucky because i have a good school, a things to use and a pair of shoes that i use to study. Because in the commercial they show that two brother need to share in one pair of shoes to go to school. The commercial give all positive values like, helping other people, be motivated and positive thinking person. Last, that waking up my mind is BE CONTENTED of what you have, because being contented gives you smile with a big Love to others.

"100 days to Heaven"

Now days, Many Filipino were hooked on watching shows on Television. It would be the main reason many TV networks become more vigilant on making their show useful to their tele viewers. Many shows today are competing to have high ratings. One of the best tele novela today for me was “100 days to heaven.” It is currently aired in ABS- CBN channel 2 Prime time Bida.
100 days to heaven tell s about woman who is very mean to everyone. She is Anna manalastas the boss of the toy company she was raise by her father. Her bad passed is the ground why she become mean to everybody. A year has passed, when she become successful she become strict and so self centered. She don’t even care what would other feel. That would be the reason everybody hate her. Then One evening she was killed in a car accident and her soul goes to a unexplicable place. Everything is white she took with the gate keeper and she was a 2nd chance. She was given 100 days to fulfill her mission. Her mission is to find the people who she done wrong. When she went back on earth she did not come back to her old self but as a child. It would not be easy for her to accomplish her mission. But still she is grateful because Jody santa maria help her. As day went by when she fought the people that she wronged she learned a lesson. She realizes her mistakes.
One of my favorite episodes in this show was the guy who was fired. Anna manalastas was not aware that the guy needs the job because he needs to send his younger sister to the hospital. This episode help me understand that as an employer we need to consider people who is financially in need.. I relate my life to this part as the Guy that employer must consider the back ground of their employees..
This is very useful to everyone because you will learn a lot.

“HEART OF THE MATTER”

Local shows nowadays we’re like cakes. There are so chezzy and have lots of icing, to the point that we can’t even taste the cake itself and just tasted the icing. And yeah, what do I mean by this? I am talking about how most of the shows nowadays have lost it essence, where like we had watched an hour show but we don’t even get anything - We don’t get learning’s and relevant information’s rather we only get pure entertainment. And it is because shows today doesn’t care about social responsibility anymore, they only care about profit margin and how will they attract viewers.

But thank god, there were still great shows that are being produce wherein you can be entertain and be educated at the same time. And I am talking about “The Bottomline” show by Mr.Boy Abunda where they manage to arrive to the bottom of things. They go into the core and not just walk around into the mantle. They administer how the communication should flow then get the raw and most honest answers possible. Plus, they converse and interviewed the hottest personalities in town and talk about different agenda. And through that, they make the people care and get curious until they get bothered, and be concern about the heart of the matter.
And in my views that’s the most positive thing that a local television show can contribute to the society. To inform people and make them concern about their surroundings, about their community. Because that is the how to built a great nation, by making your people part of building it.

And as the show once quoted “A great country comes from great people, and great people came from concern citizens” – And I think, that’s the bottomline.

Does anyone can really cook? Not just like an easy food to make but it is a specialty which have been scan well by the judges or critics. To be honest, I don’t know how to cook any kind of food, other than adobo because that is my favorite food. As we go on, this day I had watch a local cooking show, and take note, a cooking show just for kids. Sounds like unbelievable right.

The junior cooking chef it is a contest for the kids who have an a ability to cook delicious and healthy food, it is just great because at their young age they know how to cook, but just not an ordinary food. As I watch the episode of Junior cooking chef, they made lot kind of food, It is so unbelievable that those small children could easily think a dish that made of a balot.

The positive difference of this show proves to me that even small kids can have a ability to do what does an chef can do, even at their young age they can make an outrageous food. This shows actually answered my question, does anyone can cook?

”SHOW WHAT YOU’VE GOT”

We Filipinos have a different personalities, beliefs, status in life and many other things, but one show really caught my eyes which made me realize that there is one similarity that we have that will surely amaze the people in the whole wide world and that was the “talent” that every Filipinos have and that show was the program of ABS-CBN “Showtime”.

Showtime! For me, one of the best local shows on television right now, you can see here the different talents and creativity of the Filipinos. This can make you laughed, entertained, make you cry because of the touching story behind their talents and can encourage everybody because of their determinations and hope that they are showing, that whatever and whoever will try to discourage them, they’ll do everything to make them realize that what they have is a gift from God and they will show it as long as they can. Before the contestants show their talents, this program first show the contestants feelings about their talents and about the people behind their determinations. They always say that there are many people who really pull them up and help them to reach their dreams but there are also people who really try to push them down. If you believe in yourself then go for it, but if you believe to them that’s the time that you’ve already lose your faith. I realize that this show puts to the mind of people that it’s not about them, it is all about you. Like what this show always say “this is our show and this is your time, it’s SHOWTIME! It is their show and they are giving you time (opportunity) and it is your time to show your talent.

Showing your talent is not about making exposures and it’s not about the price that you will get, but it’s about the lesson that you will learn from all the trials and problems that you will encounter in making your dreams come true, as what is written in 1Corinthians 4:12 “We work hard with our own hands. When we are cursed, we bless; when we are persecuted, we endure it” so no matter what happen, share your talent, be proud and “SHOW WHAT YOU’VE GOT!”

Hey you! maybe you got intrigued why the title of this note is like this, if it caught your attention and made you think it has a relation to any immoralities in the world, well then you’re wrong, if you think of it that way though, it could mean that your somewhat as they call a "green minded" person. Well yes the title might give that kind of impression, but like what they say, everything in this world has two sides in it, the good and the bad side. like what i said in the beginning if you think of it that way, then your certainly chooses to think of it as in the bad, it's a psychologically thing, well enough of that though, the real purpose of this note is about what I’ve seen in a local TV show lately, this one really do caught my attention, and i know it also did the same thing to everyone else. the show is called "Gandang Gabi Vice", most of us find it really entertaining, because that's the real essence of it "to entertain people" and put happiness in front of everybody’s television, but the good thing about this show is that it's not like any other show, it doesn’t just make people laugh, but instead it actually have a sense or teaches lessons in one way or another. i said this because, besides the fact that the host is naturally funny as himself and catches the attention of the people who watches him, you’re not just going to laugh with his sense of humour all the time, but instead you will also appreciate how smart the host is, which is vice Ganda, you'll appreciate how he puts he's intelligence to any topic and guest that he had, and by this viewers get more attach with he's show.

Inside his show, is where he invites guest, most of them are celebrities they will get interviewed and find other good sides of them that the viewers don't know before, and we all know that most of Filipinos now a days idolized this celebrities, so by the help of his show, the people know more things about them, it could be either good or bad, viewers are given a chance to know this celebrities more, and open their eyes to choose right persons to look up to. That’s the reason why i like the show, and why i consider it as one of the shows that gives goodness to the viewers. with my title "Mine is better than yours baby" it relates to this because it's a different taste of entertainment to the viewers, unlike any other shows that I’ve watched before, it's not just for laughs but it also has learning’s in it. The show is real and has sincerity and that's what makes it on top among other local TV shows.

A twenty-four hours job of cameras and reporters is one of the assets of popular news and public affairs show in the Philippines called 24ORAS of GMA 7. I have watched this TV Programme last Thursday dated November 17, 2011 until November 24, 2011. The purpose of the programme is to put across true news around the globe to the mass audience. It informs the public on politics, economy, agriculture, sports, and show biz news.

The positive difference on this kind of TV show is to build trust of the public by delivering true news, and serves as the medium between the people and the issues. It induces the public in the true face of reality which uncovers the covered ones.

Through their purpose and goal, it might lead the people on the right track of truthfulness and enlightenment that conveys to a positive understanding of each individual. 24ORAS of GMA 7 is one of the good examples of a show that provoke hidden views of reality from now and then.

"Take"s You in The Philippines"

Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho is a Docu-Educational and Lifestyle public affair television show in the Philippines hosted by Jessica Soho and it is aired every Saturday evenings by GMA Network. This show provides news and public service information.
The Philippines has a larger and more vigorous artistic community than any other Southeast Asian nations because it has four cultural heritages, the Asian, the European, the Mexican and the American. In Manila alone, the arts and culture capital, there are many arts showcasing the works and talents of native Filipino artist.
Last Saturday evening I’ve watch the documentary of Miss Jessica and I found out that this show is giving out informative information that we really need in our daily life. The episode of the day I’ve watch is about the holiday season, the preparation of Christmas of Filipinos and their culture. Also I’ve seen that in the documentary on how Filipino survive and live their life, how Filipino’s are caring and hospitable.
The show is really, informative in terms of giving out current information to the public. It gives idea to the audience on how Filipino culture get started and become famous around the Globe. I’m so thankful to that in our generation Television become popular and people become well oriented. The reason why Filipino really loves to watch shows cause it focuses on the topics relevant to the needs of the public, and the reason why I’m watching, is that you’ll become update on the things around you.

"TAGAILOG-How Does social media affect television viewers behavior?"

The video tell us about the information regarding on what happen or what are the things can happen when we are using a kind of social media like facebook who has a new member who linked in every seconds, twitter who has many followers, youtube who has many viewers and etc.

As a result, where
one is has less and less to do with what one knows and experiences. social media have altered the significance of time and space for social
interaction. it even impact our offline behavior means we getting thick in using social media we rather using internet to research something than to open a book.

We rather open our facebook than to face in the book. But no matter how badly a social media affects people around the world it is much less difficult and make a social communication or media easily and immediately works :)

In epol apol they have educational television and it has many advantages also that television can be a very powerful and effective learning tool for children if used wisely. The show survivor shows how to live in an island where everybody build alliances. You should be physically and mentally fit before joining the survivor.

Being a survivor for 36 days is a great experience everyone can be proud of. You will do physical challenges and these challenges will test the teamwork of the group.

But the most exciting twist in survivor is, anybody can back stabbed you. They are all in in to win the 3 million pesos. So, you should choose your alliance well, and don't give your full trust and loyalty to your team mates because in the end, they will be the threat for you.

"Second Time Around"

Philippines is very rich in movies.Every day, every week, and every month we can encounter new shows and movies. But one show catch my attention on Kapamilya network ABS-CBN.

This show is about the owner of one company and she is very strict to all the people around her company. She want to be perfect in all aspect and she want that everyone will follow on her. Because of her attitude there's a lot of people that really hate her. And one day she died. One of her employee hired his driver to put a bomb on her car. On that day she died. When she is going to heaven she give 100 days to go back on earth to correct what she has done wrong and she came on earth as a child. After 100 days of her second chance she completed all the task that she need to do. And after all of this she belong to heaven.

This show, 100 Days to Heaven was a good show because we know that this was a good influence to the public. This give a positive difference because this shows a that all should be given a second chance and all can be forgiven.

This was great for all the public or audiences because it will help them to change their lives while they are on this entire world..

No other women

This movie is so different .Hahaha I love when the movie starts of when Ann rising from a water with two-piece like a goddess looking towards you nice and slow. I wonder how awkward it must have been for the guys . I watched the movie alone so there was no awkward moment for me. Didn’t find my self getting boner either,

Don’t really want to go through the movie from the start to finish, but basically Derek randomly meets Anne while he’s swimming. They see each other again at a resort that Anne’s dad own, they decide to hang out, end up kissing, hang out again, then they end up going all the way and having sex.

Derek was attracted with other woman, that was the greatest sin that he have made to his wife.

When I watch local TV show, Personalan catch up my attention by watching this kind of TV program conduct positive influences through the meaning of through reality show.
There’s a lot of struggles that we encountered in our life like family problem and love.

Through myself, I can say that “Personalan” has a positive incite by guiding and counseling
the two parties. For example they talk on the realty situation of the both constitute for
Them to understand their misunderstand to each other.

I learn a lot in this reality show, one of that is facing off the main root of the problem and focuses on the positive way on how to solve the problem of the both parties. Always remember that there’s no other way if we talk the problem in a good way.

Sooner or Later Filipino Movies are gonna be in….

Nowadays, television is getting modern and technological advanced. There are a lot of people who have knowledge and skills in terms of production movie, advertisement and many more. More rapidly when they use special effects on television similar to the used of themes, sounds and screen effects. And one of the best film makers in the industry is Filipinos. They created a lot of Filipino movies and shows that people can also relate to their lives. Have you ever seen a dramatic movie?

The movie that I watched entitled “Way Back Home” is one of the best Filipino movies I’ve seen. Well, that is understandable if you ask me. Enrique Gil, although hasn’t established chemistry with any of the stars that have been paired up to him might shine with Kathyrn Bernardo as a leading lady, Sam and Julia love team seems to be fine on the other hand.

This movie is very interesting and inspirational. If you are in the situation I think you may feel the same way like what you saw in the movie. When the two sisters separate for a long time until they saw each other when they are teenager, it does hardly believe that they feel the same way again. If, it will happen to me, it is so hard to live my family who rise, care and love me even if I am not there real daughter. It’s not easy to accept what is the truth….so, the only thing that you can do is to adjust step by step for you to remember where you came from.

While watching this movie I felt that I am one of the characters there and I totally attached with it. When the time I watched this kind of movie I didn’t realized that I was crying at that moment because of the beautiful story of it. The movie effect was really great and the story was really inspirational and touchy. The theme of the movie that they choose was very understandable and there are a lot of viewers that can relate about there lives.

The positive difference of this movie it will help us to realize that know matter what happen in our family we still family and we stand together by holding our hands. Even if we are not together and we don’t see each other every day always remember that in our hearts we love each other.

“The most important thing in life is to learn how to give out live, and to let it come in.”

"WARNING"

While looking for some TV shows to watch to, Imbestigador catch my attention. Imbestigador is one of the most interesting and a must watched TV show in local television. The show helps people looking for justice, give the hopeless have hope to attain justice for people who deserves to be punish for their crimes. In every way they can, they will never stop until the case is solve and make sure that the bad guys will get what they deserve.

Even though I'm not one of the victims in such crimes, I emphasized those in that situation, that's why it's helpful to have a show like the Imbestigador. Not just giving justice to victims of different crimes but it also reveals illegal business and other illegal transactions. Those who have illegal doings will never avoid the vision of the show, to help and protect people.

I hope that this show serves as a warning to those who don't abide the law. I know that it will be a lesson to those who punished in their crimes, that's why I'm hoping that instead doing illegal things, let's just abide to the law and be a good citizen.

“The Bungal Players”

Wiltime Bigtime TV show is one of the shows that many people help. Willie Revillame hosted on the said show and his co-host Mariel Rodriguez, Sugar, B-B Bisaya and Shalani. Together with the dancers and staff who are also part and organized the show. Since they are the host they give all their best to make the viewer satisfy and like their show. We can see that they have many sponsors. They give money and jacket to the audience especially the elderly woman. They are fan of Willie and they’re very happy every time they see Will hug and kiss them.

One of their segment shows is games one of this is “FAMILY APIR”. Many people want to join and experience to play on it. Every time I watch this segment I keep on laughing together with my family. We know that they are not scripted on what they doing. In fact it’s a live show so they make mistakes and we can’t avoid if they encounter like technical problem. They are very competitive one another and they all want to win the game.

The segment that I really like most is “KANTANONG”. The player would guess the title of the song or the singer who sing it. This night I really enjoy watching “Wiltime Bigtime” because of their contestant for tonight is “BUNGAL”. They really entertaining and some of them are joker they says “ARTISTA NA AKO”. They’re very happy and proud of their self and be part of this show. It’s an opportunity to them so some of them express their feelings and share their stories in life.

In this portion it’s really emotional even us watching them they touch our heart. I can’t imagine that there are people like them are not ashamed to see on T.V all over the world instead they are proud despite of their looks. I always watch this kind of show because it’s really inspiring. They bring us joy, happiness in our smile and lesson in life that our some Filipino not lost in hope. Instead they still dreaming and hoping that someday they’ve seen on T.V and be part of this beautiful show.

What will happen if you’ve done something that will lead you in a miserable situation? Would you sacrifice your life for your family?......This story shows how important freedom is…and what if…even your family will also in a miserable situation? Would you sacrifice your freedom and hide from your sin.. This is how a father change his life….
As I watch this story from the MAALA ALA MO KAYA, I’ve been attract and learned from it. A father who is truly love his family and saving his family to danger. At first, he knew that his friends in theirs city( South Cotobato) dome some illegal operations. Ad he was not agree with it and trying to suit them to militaries. That’s the situation that lead him to danger. Until one night , they trid to kill him, but still he survived. And after he was healed from his wounds, he tried to kill the two suspects . And his family told him that it is not safe for him to go out, ‘cause his already wanted from the militaries and has a shoot to kill order.

His families are worrying to his safety. Until they decided to hide him at one cave near at their house. Giving him the food that he needed. He couln’t done the mistake if his family was not in danger. He realizes all the things and ready to tell the truth. He didn’t like his family suffering because of him. So he decided to be arrested by the militaries and confess all the sins that he’ve done.

He started to know himself inside the prison. He always read their Koran ( Bible Muslim). Asking himself , what if he did not do that thing, that he let the militaries punished the one who done some illegal tings to their city? But it’s already done…God has a purpose why that happen to his family. Being a Father is not that easy. In this situation, he shows his real love and protection to his family. And now, he’s already trying to make a change in order for him to bringback the good memories with his love ones. I wish that all the person’s that have done a big mistake such as this things, hope that someday they will realizes from it. We are all human being that have a lot of sins. Realizing the love of his family, and telling the truth will make him free. If We confess our sins, God will surely forgive us, because we can surely trust God to do what is right. There are different shows in television today. We have news, drama, comedy, actions and many more. But I have only one TV show that catches my attention. What are the reasons why people would start to love a show? Of course they have different techniques and collaboration of ideas. Do you know "Untold Stories" from face to face? I would always love to watch like Untold Stories hosted by Ms. Amy Perez. In this show, they used to do detail by detail. And also, they used to have their techniques with the use of cause and effect. That's the good side and interesting side of it. I believe that television is a good source of entertainment and values that we need to have in our life.

Television is considered to be the most effective means of communication in our world today. You can even watch movies on the TV. Movies are shown every minute of the day. It is never too late to catch a movie. You can either refer to the TV guide, or just catch a random movie. When you already had a long day, it is necessary to get some sort of relaxation. It is very important to put some smiles in our faces. Watching TV gives people an opportunity to laugh with comedy some shows available to some channels.

There are hundreds of them played in a network. We can never hide from the truth that television is very significant in our lives these days. It is very hard to imagine life without TV. It brings us together with some other cultures in our countries. It offers unending entertainment scenes and important information about life. It will still remain as a great medium of information that will still affect the people's lives in the future generation. You can enjoy the shows as long as you want to.

Pilipinas Kay Ganda

Pamahiin. Tradisyon. Ideya. Pangalanan mo, basta kakaiba at kakatuwang ugaling Pilipino, tinatalakay nila. “Only in the Philippines”, ika nga.

Finally there is one last thing to forgive her mother but the twist is her mother is having a cancer that she almost having a few hours left.

At the end of this story she forgive her mother although she's died and she never make it to see her for the last time.

The lesson for this story you have to forgive all that's hurts you and also forget the thing's that cause you traumatic experience for you to live in happiness, the Positive difference here is the changes that we make and decisions we make when we thinking it first. for us to omit mistakes.

“Catchy Title”

I sprawled unto my gloomy living room and noticed that the television was left running. I was about to shut the television off when I realized that the program is interesting. So out of curiosity I sat to watch the program. It has a peculiar vibe that aroused my attention unto hooking to the show. The program is entitled “Story Line”.

Story Line is program on ABS-CBN that seeks to tell people stories about the many anonymous people that lives amongst us. These are the so called invisible people that we meet every day in our lives. Story Line tell their stories as if each of the individuals is somewhat only equal to the kings and queens, presidents and stars. You will never see discrimination towards the featured people. Even if the featured person is only a “Balut vendor”, the story line showed the person’s life with such class and art. It shows the different beauty of the different cultures of the people, making them visible to our eyes. Showing that beauty is really grasped inside the eye of its beholder, and “my oh my” the eyes of the creator of story line is so great. And I am thankful that he shares his visions with us.

The angles that were used on the show are plain amazing, along with the lighting and the editing and I should know so because I am also trying the editing business. It just shows that you need not famous people to have a classy show. This program is the effigy of deviance and innovation of the Philippine television.

The show gives off positive vibe to people because it just says that people are only people; we are all equal. It shows that each individual has importance and that people should not think low of themselves. It shows that we are designed unique given with a role and a soul to mark life with sense “for free” by never forgetting what we are meant to be; our identity.

XD

Honestly, when I first saw the trailer of this on TV, I was not really interested to watch .. I can say it's grand and has a high-power cast and that's alL .. I also made a perception that it won't pass to the taste of young viewers .. I have to disagree now that I've seen all the episodes of the series ..

Amaya is said to be the most expensive and the most ambitious production ever produced by GMA 7 .. It's not surprising to know that the chosen actress for the lead role is Marian Rivera(Rogelyn Tejana.. hahahaha! ) who is hailed as the PRIMETIME QUEEN .. :) Amaya is the life and story of a woman blessed with special power .. She was born with a twin-snake which will prevail more of her strength to fight the odds in her life .. She's a princess who was turned into a slave because of the sad fate of her father .. Amaya holds a significant role in a prophecy that will change the course of her life .. She is destined to be a woman warrior who will be the strongest and most powerful human being of her time ..

The show boasts of tackling Phil history. I was really impressed on the in-depth research done by the staff; to simulate or bring close to reality the setting and atmosphere of pre-colonial Philippines; from the costumes to the environment. But most importantly, it was the language that brings the show close to reality; speaking in a formal & respectful manner, with no "slang words", and most of all, no "colonial-based Tagalog words" (using "nais" instead of "gusto", "marahil" instead of "siguro", and "ngunit" instead of "pero") ..

Amaya is such a very entertaining yet educational primetime movie .. PHILIPPINES BEST PRIMETIME SERIES!!! and Marian Rivera(Rogelyn Tejana), the best choice for the role of Amaya! :)))))))))))))))))))

"P.I.!!!!!!!"

Each and every programs in local television (also foreign, ofcourse) have these certain purposes, and that is to entertain, to inform, to pursue, to teach, etc. And also, to get some enormous ratings and be appreciated for their great works.

Sooooo many tv programs nowadays, and as a part of an audience, I can't avoid to have this "sawa" factor in some tv programs. Having those same programs all over and over again, same concept, same everything. Ughhh~ And sometimes, I can't help but to get tired of it and rather go to my PC and browse the net. Surfing the net is more fun than watching some boring television shows! I know I'm not the only person who feels this way. All of us viewers (Filipino or foreign) wants something unique, something that's new to our craving-for-entertainment eyes, something that is very catchy, all-in-all, DIFFERENT!

Ok, enough of the intro! HAHAHA! Let's get into the real thing. :)

Nowadays, we all witness some crime scenes and some violent doings through media, mostly on tv. Crimes such as robbery, murder, etc., always been featured not only in news, but also in some teleseryes or telenovelas. Gosh! People, can't we just be more inspirational, rather than being too violent and such?! Except for the news, because it is really necessary to feature such kinds of things, but using criminal actions in almost all Teleseryes?!! (Sigh). But I can't blame the producers and writers if that's what they want to have in their teleseryes. But, personally, I can't stand those kinds of programs. Those programs won't even inspire people to do good, but, instead, it's inspiring people or tempting the people to do the same way, especially children. Those programs are not appropriate for them 'cause they can easily be fooled by tv. They might idolize those characters in the programs, do those criminal moves and use those things as their part of their playtime with their friends.

When the "May Bukas Pa" tv show was aired, I felt this kind of lighty feeling. This program was indeed, very inspirational, not only for kids, but also for teenagers and adults. The rating was the proof. And also viewers feedback was good. After this "May Bukas Pa" era, was the program "Momay". Like Santino's show, it was all about doing such goodness to others, moral lessons and less criminal actions. MUCH BETTER than those voilent shows. :)Then next, was the "100 Days to Heaven". There was Anna Manalstas and her tagline, "Kuha Mo!". That program indeed caught the audience's hearts by this magnificent kid Xyriel Manabat who played the lead role. This teleserye really emphasized the importance of doing goos things and also helping other people when their in need. Then, now is "Budoy" played by Gerald Anderson. Also an inspirational show. Shows that each and everyone of us have the right to be treated right, and even those person's who have an illness like Budoy. Those kinds of people should be treated like us normal persons.

I prefer P.I.! (Programang Inspirasyonal) Ahhh.. So happy to watch these kinds of TV shows. Free from crimes and violence. And also, it's FAR from the usual. Very inspirational. I appreciate the people behind these tv programs, trying to change the perspectives of the viewers, from bad to good, from hatred to forgiveness and from evil to God. :)

mukha sa mukha (face to face) is atLeast one of the most live shows in local television that i love. it shows different probLems of our brothers and sisters in the society. this program is hosted by Ms. Amy Perez. this show tries to make a solution in every problem of the people in the society with the help of a Lawyer, psychologist, and a priest.

It is based on The Jerry Springer Show with a Filipino cultural perspective, predominantly with "marginalized and impoverished guests". It is advertised in the Philippines as the First talakserye on Philippine television and Barangay Hall on air. The aim of the show is to attempt to resolve minor conflicts between two arguing parties, designated as red and white teams. In reviewing the program STIR Editor in Chief Edgar O. Cruz said: "The back-of-the mind thought is that joiners are acting since they are paid" and described portions as "not very believable" and "not realistic". He added "The show gains more credibility points by being more spontaneous."While some critics claim that the show is scripted, host Amy Perez, claims that it is not. The program aims to make a Televised Barangay Tanod Hall, a local mini-police station where people take arguments to be heard by Tanods (Peace-keeper Group). It also aims to give TV viewers and the live audience lessons by showing the complainant's problems that the hosts and the Trio-Tagapayo try to solve. The Trio Tagapayo can also give tips and advice to prevent fights. This group is composed of a lawyer, a psychologist and a priest who give legal, psychological, spiritual advice and counseling to the two parties. Occasionally the show invites a guest expert as appropriate to the conflict involved.

this show i must call a "JUMP PACKED" because it shows a lot of category when it comes in local tv. there are a lot of shows in the local television that is sometimes boring. but this show is very catchy in my eyes. in this show, you can also learn some moral lessons. even if your not the one whose in the hot seat with Ms. Amy you can still cherish every tips and advice that our trio tagapayo gives to our complainants.

this is the show that i chose. you can see drama, comedy, and even action in this show. hope everyone could watch it.

Do you want to know the headlines of the day? How about the latest fashion trends? Or maybe the most affordable way to spend the holidays? How to be physically fit? Or how to cook the best meal for your family? You want to watch all of these, but the problem is they are all in different time slots. Well, check this out Unang Hirit.

I grew up watching this show ever since I have to wake up early in the morning for school. It is quite expressive for the show is able to put all the things that a person would want and must know in order to start the day. Since it is the first show in the morning, it really gives a big difference for your whole day. Imagine a person who is going for work, a little traffic update will help; or students going for school in a bad weather, a weather forecast will do. It is easy to start your day once you know something about what’s going to happen or what happened.

This show is brilliantly amazing because everything you are looking for is right here. They are updated. They are giving the right information and they are always on time when it comes to giving out datas. So start your day with a positive difference, start your day with Unang Hirit.

Forgive and Forget ((:

Before the TV station was formally launched, it faced several obstacles. Finally, on October 23, 1953, Judge Quirino marked the first official telecast in the Philippines through the launching of DZAQ-TV Channel 3. With the help of RCA.

Soap operas in The Philippines originated when Gulong ng Palad was first heard on the radio in 1949. The genre then expanded into television in the early 1960s. The first Philippine TV soap opera was Hiwaga sa Bahay na Bato in 1963.

Now! One of the best teleserye I have watched ((: --- 100 Days to Heaven ((:

All the time I've watched this teleserye, from the start up to the end. Along with the different episodes every week, I've learned something with it, and that is to forgive someone, I was in a struggle and bitterness in life once, but I’ve learned how to forgive someone with all of my heart and it makes me feel like a new person. I know everyone deserves a second chance, so give it, and live the life to the fullest without harming anyone.

This teleserye also shows the facts of the good and the bad. And in the end, it proved that only God has the power to control everything, from beginning up to the end. He is the most powerful and has plans for each one of us, he makes all things possible.
This teaches the audience the proper behavior when it comes to NOT being selfish. This program teaches how to be forgiving, offered an apology and admission of mistakes and showing viewers that leads to poor results in wrong decisions because of shipping in anger or revenge. What I love about this show are the things you'll get to realize after watching every episode, like how important it is to do good while you still live and to change while you still can.

I'm happy to see the show starting but pretty upset to end this way. Does somebody have to die? It’s just that this makes no difference to other the typical teleserye. Do we really have every violent scene ending in every story? Why don’t we just move forward?? Something super happy ending like no one has to die. Well, it’s just my own opinion. ((:

It's been a wonderful journey so far. I've enjoyed the laughs, the tears, the drama and suspense, the character development, the morals and values. It's okay to have action in your show which is irrelevant and unbelievable, there is no such thing as perfect.

This series definitely give a positive difference to local TV, like people get to realize something after watching every episode of it. It’s not like other series concentrated to drama but no moral lesson, it shows how important it is to do good while you still live and to change while you still can. The moral lesson of the show can be applied in our everyday life, like when we wake up every day, think that God gave us another day, and for that, what we will or shall do? And money is not what all matters in life.

Through this series, many Filipinos now realize the important of forgiving in every single person. Learned of letting go of anger and bitterness, forgive all the wrongs, all the hurt, and injustice that we felt were committed. Leaving all negative aspects in life and live in happiness. Start to focus on all the blessings that have been granted to us. Let’s all just I will be thankful for our life, family, and friends. Let’s no longer live in our own personal bubble of hurt, pain, and betrayal just like what Madame Anna did, we all need to be free of it. What is the best thing, the right thing to do? Is that give it, give it to the one who deserves it.

Forgiveness does not change our past, but it does enlarge our future. Actually, it the sweetest revenge I’ve ever known.

The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.

By noon everyone would turn on their televisions and watch different sets of talents and creative minds to showcase it in Philippine television.

A set filled with fans and tourists or as they call it the "Madlang People" and in hand are flashcards of numbers that serves as their scoring for the participants of the show.

The show consists of the 2 and sometimes 4 hosts and the set of judges and their so called "great and un-kabogable Vice Ganda"
They also have sub-hosts which do the interaction with the madlang people and gives prizes and trivia’s. The other four hosts on the other hands serves as the interviewer for the talents in ShowTime for any day.

They also have Disc Jockey or DJ's who have awesome and cool music. The lighting, the technicalities, the sound and the flow of the show is very good. The local program is indeed very good in showcasing different talents and making the viewers to be inspired and also aspire for their set of dreams and goals.

The show is a mix of Dance and Singing Show with a Funny and Comedic style plus the trivia’s from Kuya Kim and the Interaction and the showcasing of talents from the studio audience.

And to sum it all up Showtime is a great television program that could bring joy to the family every noon and making the Filipino People be inspired and also take a chance to let them shine and be known for what they have. Cheers to Filipino Talent!

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the SHOW!!!

My favorite entertainment is to watch TV, but I won’t see all kinds of program. I only choose the ones that will give me the good effects. Perhaps someone may say that watching TV is just an interesting thing, and they also say it’s unnecessary to look for the program that would enlarge our knowledge. But, in fact, watching TV would waste us a lot of time and decrease the efficiency of thinking, and we have to find the meaningful programs for avoiding losing our precious time and energy. And I’m going to introduce the TV programs that I like, such as the information about the knowledge of science, language learning, and the information about geography.

First, my favorite channel about science is Discovery channel. It always introduces every kind of modern invention, natural phenomenon, astronomical knowledge, and so on. And the channel usually talks in English, so I also can improve my listening ability through watching it.

Second, I often watch Formosa News Channel, which reports the local and international news in English. In addition, there is Chinese subtitle, and I felt it’s a good opportunity for practicing my listening comprehension. It not only has news report but also teaches the difficult vocabulary and phrases that appeared in the news. I suggest everyone who wants to learn English well should watch it regularly.

Third, the National Geographical Channel is another channel that attracts me. It introduces the important information about the geography of the globe. For instance, it introduces the magnificent natural view around the world, and it talks about the special building style in every continent. Besides, it also mentions the customers, habits, and history that exists every country. I thought the channel is really useful for me, because I got a lot of knowledge that can’t be learned from textbooks.
Although many people said watching TV would make us become stupid, I consider we still can learn some useful things through TV. Because if we can spend some time searching the good channels, we will find TV is also a good tool for learning.

“The Best Title Ever”

I noticed here in Philippines, watching drama movies or teleserye has always been a part of Filipinos every day life. I for myself is not really fund of watching drama movies, I hate it. It seems like watching people crying and shouting everyday became a trend in the movie industry here in Philippines. To be honest I just I cant really stand it. However, there is one program that I liked which is actually is still being shown until now. The title of the program is “Maala-ala Mo Kaya” a.k.a “MMK”.

Maala-ala mo kaya is a program about real life stories of real people here in Philippines. The program is shown every Sunday night in ABS-CBN. What I liked about the program is that the stories are real even though it is only dramatized in the TV but this are all real stories of people. Stories of people who had no luck in life, people who lost their love ones, lost hope in life and those who lost the life they had, but the program shows that whatever problems come in our lives, whatever obstacles in life that we go through there is always a way to get out of it and a way to solve it. On the other side, the side of technicalities. I don’t highly rate the quality of the cinematography and the angles of the shots. There is some which are great but only few that I can remember. The actors and actresses who takes part on their program has always been brilliant and is possibly one of the best assets of the program besides on the stories.

Basically the best thing about the program and why so many people watch it is because of the stories. It inspires people on their everyday life, it gives hope to the viewers that in real life there is always solution on problems and it’s a matter of not giving up in life.

THIS AFTERNOON, they made an introduction of a concert like performance which includes an orchestra, performance of the host, and tugtog tao. Of course their theme today is all about christmas. There is no surprise this noontime show holds the records of the longest running program on air in the history of local tv. their segment ALL FOR JUAN AND JUAN FOR ALL helps the needy people of selected barangays. they even sponsored a low class school that lacks school supplies like books, chairs and even a classroom for the poor and can't afford citizen to send heir children in school.
Fortunate college student were given scholarship /priveleges to continue their studies and goals in life. They also give a kabuhayan showcase for he chosen contestant to help them earn an income to survive. Moreover, they also have PINOY HENYO that is open to all ages to join. I suppose done thing that keeps tem going is that the program is intended for the mass.
I like the program because there is story behind every contestant. and that makes the program more meaningfull and entertaining.

Eye Opener

I don’t usually watch local TV shows; seldom do I follow the stories of Filipino dramas aired on either GMA 7 or ABS-CBN 2, or any other local channels. I guess I was just fed-up with the same cycle of stories that these networks have been showing throughout my years of TV awareness. Although there are some undisputed shows that are recently launched, most of them are public service programs that aim to probe, witness or even act on a particular social dilemma.
I-witness is one of my favorite TV programs. It’s very rare to see TV shows that are unbiased these days. Most of the show’s topics are hard-hitting because of the reality it conveys to the audience. A kind of reality that a lot of TV dramas/ shows want to mask or even romanticize, so as to divert the already beaten minds of Filipinos.
In watching this program, I felt enlightened. To resolve a situation, one must be educated with the facts and the realities it bears, however gruesome or sad it may be. I-witness is an eye-opener that thrives on its rawness. It has inspired me to be thankful of the things I have and to work hard so that someday I would be able to help out those people that they feature, who are in dire need. I truly hope that our government would somehow pay attention to these topics that need resolution and action so that someday, our society would have better stories to tell.

"GANDANG GABI VICE"
-Gandang Gabi RR-

The word ENTERTAINMENT comes to my mind when I head the title of abs-cbn newest comedy show every sunday which is Gandang Gbai Vice. It gives to the televiewers a laughtrip moment only if you realize the mission of this show. But it doesn't give a moral lesson, besides sometimes when people adopt the manirism of ViceGanda(host of comedy show)some people says "Simula ng sumikat si ViceGanda, wala ng makausap na matino", see? which is true.

But for me, as a televiewer Im give my self limitation what I saw, what I heard that's enough. I didn't adopted the punchline of ViceGanda for me sake of my personalty develop as a person specially as a actor. Because we have a rules like acceptance offer, means once your co actor give you an apple don't ignore it, just accept it.

Anyway I really love the Gandang Gabi Vice show especially when I'm bored because it really give to me a lot of laugh, aside from that I love the segment of ViceGanda with SB Aira, Sunshine and EX-sexbomb jopay, because we know that SB girls is exclusive on GMA only but now we can saw them in ABS-CBN as a free dancer, so as a fans of SB girls I'm very thankful that GGV show give opportunity to guess the girls to their show.

In many years they are know that Eat Bulaga in short EB is one of the most outstanding entertainment show in the whole Philippines. They have many artists that surely love by the people watching that’s why Eat Bulaga is number 1 in our country. They have much enjoyment that gave Dabarkads to the people who like to entertain.

Eat Bulaga is 30 years on TV production they have many things that learn in this show and one of the most helpful TV show in the whole country the example of that is Juan For All, All for one they help many of school specially in the place that need a chair, as of now Eat Bulaga is always on the top even they have many competitors but the Eat Bulaga is prevailed to be number 1 in our country.

They have many game show that Eat Bulaga introduced first of all the laban o bawe many Filipino win 1 million and also the national game of our country called pinoy henyo, Eat Bulaga is 30 years on Television so we have many things that the show shared to the people watching it. Sometime they have many nonsense joke of Joey De Leon but for me it’s ok because we know that Joey De Leon is the most outstanding comedian in this country like Vic Sotto and Tito Sotto.

“MIRROR”
Teenagers nowadays seem to just ignore local TV shows and also teenagers nowadays seem to be hook with foreign shows. As a teenager, I’m a little bit sad because they’re just ignoring our own work of art. That’s why I had decided to wrote this essay that stated the positive differences about one local TV show for teenagers to realize the real beauty and the real essence of local TV shows. I chose “Budoy”, one of the best drama series of ABS-CBN.
I chose Budoy because in this drama series, I was able to see the elements behind its beauty and it is the production itself. The Director was great because he was able to create a story like that. The writers were also fantastic because they were able to write the script very well. Every angle of the camera that was being taken during taping days was also good.
The artists in the story really portrait their characters well, especially the lead role that was being played by Gerald Anderson. They were really a professional actors and actresses when they started to act each scene. The wardrobes and make up really match their characters and I think these things really made the whole story amazing. The whole production staff, all the people behind the cameras really brings the story to life.
We should be proud of Philippine television because they can put up this kind of local TV show that can serve as a mirror to Filipino people. For us to see the difference between each one of us. We should support our own work of art because local TV shows are one of the things that we Filipino’s have that other countries cannot imitate. Support local shows, promote Philippine television.

“ It’s Showtime “

This is your show , this is your time , magpasikat na it’s SHOWTIME !!!

SHOWTIME!!!

In everyday of our daily lives watching shows in our television, sometimes we use to think the positive difference they gave to us and to the other people. like SHOWTIME in ABS-CBN channel 2, for me this show is the best because not only positive difference they gave to the contestant and to the audience but also fun and happiness. many people said that showtime is the best show in channel 2, well I agreed, there are some reasons why showtime is the best.

First of all the gay comedian Vice Ganda. He makes every people happy in showtime by giving some of his jokes and his famous tagalog pick-up lines. His jokes are not scripted and most of all even though he's a gay, he is humble and not a plastic person. then the other one is the "sample" of the judges.

Everytime that the judges would introduce themselves to the audience, the audience would shout "SAMPLE, SAMPLE, SAMPLE" and the judges would show to the audience about their talent and what they got for them. That's the reason why not only me but many people loves showtime very much. Showtime is not only a talent show but also you can share your experiences in life if you're a contestant in that show. I love this show very much and I hope it would not end. SHOWTIME for life!!!

“TATALINO KA BA?”

Now a days, Philippine Television is the most click and cheapest entertainment. But try to think of it… When you watch some movie or T.V. shows is there a question that comes on your mind like” will I get some lesson from it?” When I watched Philippine Teleserye…some of these was immoral, crime, dramatic, tragedy and I guess the effect of this kind of shows to the audience can change their attitude. But not all Pinoy Program has a bad effect to the audience.
“MATANGLAWIN” for me is good example of T.V program whether child, teen, adult, oldies can watch the said program it is open to all ages. You can get a lot of information about what science can do in our life. In this program you will know things not only in ANIMALS but also the happenings in our environment and how to survive in the forest.
I like ”MATANGLAWIN” because it shows how life is important to us. It tells anyone that “knowledge” has no boundary. You can learn more until you want.

Hawkeye’s power

Everybody wants to watch the high rated show hosted by Ernie Baron before known as “Knowledge Power”. However, after the show ends each Filipino looked for someone who can give the same level of knowledge and facts to its viewer. I thought that the legend of the “walking encyclopaedia” ended there. Thankfully, a man named Kuya Kim came in the business and made a show entitled “Matanglawin”. With this he once more showed that TV shows are not just meant for entertainment to make you happy and fulfilled. Shows like Matanglawin simply give us gratification especially if we know that it will help us learn new things.
Matanglawin was aired last March 2008 and since then I never failed to watch the show. Why? It’s because the show always meets my expectation in terms of learning things about nature and animals. Aside from that the adventures of the host intrigue me most because he is really in the community personally experiencing the situation and he sees to it that the people in community will also be involved. The show also demystifies legends with a deeper exploration and explanation.
As a viewer I will proudly share the goodness and satisfaction that I felt because with this kind of program I guarantee that someday not only it will be known locally but worldwide. I would definitely recommend it because I know it’s worth your time.
It only proves that the dedication of this show is to give both entertainment and additional knowledge to their viewers. This will be a trend! 

“WOULD YOU REMEMBER”

As we all know, television was made for entertainment and without noticing it became part of our daily living. There a lot of T.,V. program today but have you asked your self… is it really made to entertain people? How about thinking the effect of program you have watching?

MAALAALA mo kaya which translate to “WOULD YOU REMEMBER” is a Philippine drama anthology series broadcast on ABS-CBN every Saturday evening and being hosted by Charo Santos-Concio. Generally , it became popular on Philippine Television and on asia. The program features weekly real life stories or anecdotes of common people or even famous celebrities and personalities through letter sending.

I would say the show can really touch our hearts and at the same time we can relate to it. Every episode shows the different kinds of tragedy in life which through other people stories we could get something old moral lesson. In the program also wants to tell that life is full of misery. You can’t tell what would be happen tomorrow but no matter what consequences you will be encounter, face it and do not forget that there’s always someone who can be with us in times that we are down. No one else but HIM.

Explore and Get Amazed!

Try to explore...Get out of the box! Also, try to look at their positive aspects. See how they affect your life. Relate some situations that you can apply what you have watched. This is what we should do to appreciate local or international TV Shows. If we watch TV shows with an open mind and optimism, for sure we will learn a lot and appreciate every bit of its program. Raise questions to yourself like, "What values this show inculcates in my personality?", or "How it can help me for my safety?". These are only some of questions we can ask to notice what show/s, what part of the show, or what kind of show we need to focus on as an individual.

I love to watch "Andar ng mga Balita". Why? Not only because it updates me with news but also, it gives necessary information, it has a signer who interprets the news for the deaf and mute people, it uses a very clear voice of a news deliverer, it is direct to the point when delivering the news, it seems its honest when it comes to news reporting, and the reporters applies sympathy. These are some of positive aspects I had observed for continuous watching of the " Andar ng mga Balita" on Aksyon TV channel. Just now, I'm watching it.

There are a lot of TV shows not only meant to entertain viewers like news tv shows, noon time shows such as Show Time and Will Time, and Pinoy Big Brother. As you can see, those local TV shows are also informative, shares to us the growing technology, serves as our voice to the authorities, sometimes opens up our eyes to the reality, waking up our hearts, gives us lessons in life and protects us from our innocence. Try to explore every bit of a show. You'll see it's helpful and enjoyable.

Forgive, not Forget.

The emotional meat of MAG happens in somewhere in the middles. There the prospective lovebirds (who were once engaged to be married) layout all the pain that the past holds for them. The pretense of lie allowing them the courage to be honest with each other for once again. This is a fantastic moment, but it happens way too early. The rest of the film can only provide the standard romcom thrills, which means grand romantic gestures. But the film still manages to get its big, goofy heart across, despite all of the mainstream murkiness.

Years ago, despite of being in love, Apollo (John Lloyd Cruz) left his fiancée Irene (Toni Gonzaga) at the altar. Now, Apollo has yet to forgive his mistake and his loneliness even more as he watches his friends settle down. By pure chance, he runs into Irene, but she tells him that she has amnesia and doesn’t remember him at all. Apollo sees this as a chance to make up for his mistakes. But Irene is only pretending and she takes this as a chance to exact some revenge.

But what if time goes by and your loved ones are begging for forgiveness? Would you give him another chance? To its credit, the film never lets go of its small beautiful through. There are things that you cannot bring back, once they are broken. But because you value that thing so much, you will do everything to fix it. In its quieter moments, the film is simply about the challenge of forgiving and asking for forgiveness. How people go on trying to forget, rather than facing their pain. Maybe it took a big lie to get there, but getting to the truth makes it worthwhile.

More than forgiveness, we must forget because that’s the only way we can say that we are already free from the anger that lies within us. Moreover, it is the only way we can learn how to trust again.

That's the positive difference.

WE ARE ALL BUDOY.

I am not really a fan of local TV shows but this specific show is being watched by my whole family and eventually by me as i spend time with my loved ones. BUDOY.

At first glance, you will instantly be aware of what the show is about. A mentally challenged boy with a very colorful life but beneath this is a wonderful message for all of us, i believe.

Most of us are blessed with a normal body and beautiful mind but we cannot deny the reality that there are people who are suffering (in our eyes) and making the best out of that suffering. the disabled, sick and those who have disorders have been given little attention by most of us and through this show, God made me realize how blessed i am and i guess, it has the same effect to other viewers. Budoy has taken the television media into a higher level that can surely make a positive difference not only to the Filipinos but also to other people outside our country.

Aware or unaware, we are all Budoy. Lost. helpless. ignorant of the reality. shallow at times. playful. a child. a child who wants to love and be loved. who wants to be accepted for who they are and who wants to make a difference in this cruel world. We are not afraid to fight every battle that will come our way. However heavy and painful they may be.

The show "Budoy" is not yet finished and like our own stories, ours is not yet done too. there are a lot ahead of us. If Budoy is fully guided by his parents then WE are fully guided by our Almighty GOD - in reality!

"100 Days to Heaven" an inspirational family television series previously airing on ABS-CBN . It is one of the most successful programs here in the Philippines.

It is a story of Anna Manalastas (Coney Reyes), CEO of The Toy Company was killed in a car explosion. Her soul arrives at the gates of Heaven where she meets the Guardian. Instead of sending her to hell, the Guardian gives her another chance to live again for 100 days on one condition: she has to make amends with all of the people she hurt because of her abrasive attitude. Not only that, she also is made to appear in her child form. If she succeeds in her mission, she will be rewarded by spending eternity in heaven. However, she went to heaven and stayed there.

In this teleserye, it shows the facts of being good and bad. It shows a lot of problem that you will encounter into your life but in the end, you will be amaze that there is one God who has the power to settle everything, from beginning up to the end. This Program also shows that GOD is the most powerful and has plans for each one of us and he makes all things possible.

"MANG-MANG"

"Reformation through Humor"

Since I’m like any other Pinoys who enjoys comedy as an aspect of relief that gives us a momentary delusion of happiness even if we’re trouble by many problems. The show “Bubble gang” many not seem like something useful or educational but when observed closer, we can say that they are tackling social as well as political issues.
There are instances that they are intentionally joking about the government’s anomalies and over exaggerate it a bit just for the sake of laugh and at the same time it gives us some sort of awareness because of their jokes. They also used to joke about RH bill and how it may affect people and also stating that politician are crocodiles to emphasize on greed.
I therefore conclude that even a show that we only watch for pleasure is actually helping us gain awareness in our government and other national issues. A simple awareness goes a long way.

Life for individuals who had pushed too much luck with the challenge of life and still fail is very hard. Seeing People fighting against diff. life circumstances in the first granting show in Philippine TV Wish ko lang is very touching. I often watched this show every Saturday. Every time I see those people that they are helping I always felt blessed. Though I also have difficulties in life I’m still grateful that I have a family that always there for each other to help. If I could just compare my life with those very less fortunate children who doesn’t even have parents and even shelter, I can say that maybe I couldn’t take live the life the way they survive. This granting show is really a big help for those who are in need of help. It gives hope and strength for them to continue striving and dream that someday in gods right time there wish will also be given a chance to be granted.

Every individual has a wish that they wanted to be granted and so I am. There is nothing wrong if we wish something to happen in our life even just once in our life time. Even a little wish it will be granted will surely make us happy. I am very happy to see this kind of show that keeps on going through the years and still helping people. Other wish may not be granted soon but in other way god will grant. This show will always make us remember that there is no impossible with god and especially for the less fortunate not to lose their faith.

May this show will continue to air and grant as many wishes they can. I believe that god will continue to guide the show to help lessen the poverty in our country. A little help that they grant will mean so much and change their lives. I am happy to see the tears of joy of grantees every time I watched the show. It also made me cry. In just listening to their story it gives me more reason to be thankful each day. It motivate to give importance to what I have in life, it may not be perfect still I am and should be blessed.

“I SHOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR I AM YOURS”

This story really trucked me; it was a great series that catches not only my attention but the most of filipino’s. In the very first time I had watched this kind of story which evolve in the life of a mentally challenge person. It feels great to see Gerald playing the role, for me he made it effectively. Every time that he was struggling I can feel his hardship, when he cries I cried a river of tears for him. When he’s in pain I feel the same. I always make sure to watch it from Mon-Friday. Many people can also relate to the story.

Philippine television had been on its top hot. And so I believe that this kind of story should continue to give something unique to viewers who want to see changes in Philippine TV. This kind of story will not only give good impact to viewers but also a lesson that everyone should learn. Now a day people are being too harsh with individuals with disabilities and mentally challenge. As human being we must treat each other and act with respect to our basic rights.

I am hoping that this kind of story will not just end-up with one series. Looking forward to see
more of tv series that will make a mark on the character of the viewer in a positive way. I had lots of lesson learned from this story that I will always be remembered. Though I did not have a person closed to my heart like budoy I can always relate to this kind of story. I am grateful that god created me normal.

“Life is like a cash register, in that every account, every thought, every deed, like every sale, is registered and recorded.”
--Fulton J. Sheen

We have our own book of life and we are the author of it. Everything is scripted, written and part of God’s plan. In view thereof, it relates the way how “Maalaala Mo Kaya” has been creatively presented and documented various life stories which affects every individual and thus, brought a positive difference among them.

Maalaala Mo Kaya is a Philippine Drama anthology program being broadcast to feature weekly real life stories or anecdotes of common people or even prominent personalities through letter sending. This program has successfully achieved its purpose, the effective communication of ideas and information, which touches the hearts of every Filipinos for a decade hence.

It gives out a positive difference for it has a cordial purpose of edifying that life consists of twists and turns and like a television drama that has its conflict and resolution. People tend to be optimistic despite of the adversities they’re being encountered. It also promotes how life is essential and on how people could possibly be managed their lives accurately. Aside from our own experiences, shared life stories impart us for it may also intervene and happen to us for the next days.

We can easily say that it is as scripted as any other ordinary programs but how it became necessary is that it continues to give out learning experiences that should be mark in mind, keep in heart and obtain in life.

I Survived: Hindi sumusuko ang Pinoy

It is not the mountain that we conquer, but ourselves.
-Edmund Hillary

This reality Drama program relives stories of people who have conquered various life-threatening situations and how their near brush with death has changed them for the better. They highlight the Filipinos’ courage, strength and persistence to counter odds, and face danger. It shows the viewers how the human spirit can power you through the most difficult situations.

Honestly, I am not fan of watching television. I’d rather sleep. But when I enter college and was asked to make an essay out a television program that I want, nothing comes on my mind but Ces Drilon’s I Survived: Hindi Sumusuko ang Pinoy because I was personally inspired by it. Not just the program itself but by the host herself – the veteran journalist who never ceases to inspire viewers with her daring yet truthful approach to news reportage. “Going to Sulu and other hazard zones, including the risk of getting in harm’s way is all part of the job. I only hope I enrich myself and my commitment to journalism because of it,” she quotes.

And now being part of the business, I learned that if you want to be loved by people, you should care to know their stories. Listen and be part of their growth. As what John Maxwell said, if you want to help others, don’t just know your faith – show your faith. In this case, the people who shares their stories helps us to be a man and woman of these times and being one, it is our responsibility to create a change that continue the chain of “learning from life's experiences.”

This is your show, this is your time. It's SHOWTIME.

"Life doesn't make any sense and we all pretend it does. Comedy's job is to point out that it doesn't make sense, and that it doesn't make much difference anyway"

As we all know that Philippine or local TV show is part of our daily lives. There are different kinds of shows that catches our attention that gives us inspiration as well as encouragement to watch. By making this as one of our hobbies it can also affect our personality and behavior. We filipino has our own freedom to choose on what kind of shows are we going to watch. As a viewer I much prefer to watch shows that makes me laugh, entertain, lessons and realization in life. That's why i choose SHOWTIME.

For me, SHOWTIME is one of the local show that really gives enjoyment and entertainment to people. This show is of my most favorite among others in ABS CBN. Watching showtime is one of my daily habit and It only give positive outlook to the audience. I feel relax when watching showtime, and it really makes e laugh and laugh. The part of the show that really catches my attention is the sample of the judges and the madlang people. Actually the hosts are one of the big factor in the show especially vice ganda, they handling it perfectly.

The other contestant has been
inspired after rejection. They join the contest not just because for the price but because for exposure and they just wanna make people believe with their talent. Every contestant have their own goal in joining the contest on whatever trials and struggles that occurs with their lives. They use it as their inspiration to win in the contest. In everyday of watching showtime it can be a way of forgetting a problems in life.

SHOWTIME is the BEST SHOW.

Mag Papatangay Kaba Sa Agos Ng Buhay?

Lumaban at maging matatag.

“Like it? Click..”
Social media had gone its far and doing farther as time goes by. People are the one who put these phenomena on where it was now. It gives everything you need and anything you ask. It makes you laugh, cry, angry and etc. it’s more likely an everyday bread and butter of people. They are totally drowned with social media.

They say so much exposure is bad therefore being so much expose to social media is definitely bad. It would not just destroy social life but the whole life of a person. It would not just end with the click and end with where it was it. The upshot of a simple click can be a lifetime horror. Life is what you make it. We should be responsible and old enough to make and do the right thing.

Social media enter in the picture with just a snap. It did not just change the life of people patronizing this but also the industry of the Philippine television. The effect of social media in Philippine television goes beyond expectation, going farther and most horrible. In the long run, could the Philippine television survive? Maybe yes, maybe no..

" all for juan "
Eat Bulaga is the longest running noontime show on Philippine television. Imagine that 30 years on tv giving not only entertainment but also giving value for the Filipino people. Eat Bulaga have establish a great show and with a great hosts. The TVJ ( Tito, Vic, Joey ) is famous not only in comedy but also in giving a chance to people believe that behind this show reality also flow.
They have the “Juan for all, all for Juan- bayanihan of the people” segment where some hosts of the program are sent on particular place in the country especially in Metro Manila. They are going to call one who registered on the segment and declared winner. Segment host are going to visit the house who won. Sort of interview is made to know the status in life of the said winner. Different stories in life are raise in this segment. Families that bind with love to each other are feature in this segment. No matter how difficult life is simple people are keeping striving on. Part of the segment is to collect a plastic bottles and turn it into chair for schools which in need. One thing that is amazing in this segment is that every winner has their different stories of life. Despite of difficulties in life Filipinos are still in positive attitude. This segment shows the true meaning of entertainment in television.
Eatbulaga had been in controversy which other shows damage its reputation but no matter what they do Eat Bulaga still on the top. The EB-Dabarkads always believed until there is a child there is Eat Bulaga. The viewers of the show make the Eat Bulaga last for 30 years. This 30 years justify that Eat Bulaga is no.1 when it comes to entertainment and giving happiness to its dabarkads. Mabuhay ka Eat Bulaga!
